The uManage iPhone app provides property managers with GPS-enabled features to efficiently record violations and work orders while on-site. It is available for free download and use by uManage customers with an active login.
- Inspections/Violations: Utilizing GPS technology, the app shows all properties in an association on a map. Users can easily log violations by selecting from predefined violation types, adding optional notes and images, selecting the violation letter type for homeowners, and imposing fines as per the association’s policy.
- Work Orders: Managers can create new work orders or update existing ones while on the property. Work orders can be promptly assigned for resolution or queued for future dispatch.
- Account Info: Access to detailed account information is available for property managers through the eUnify web portal solution used by their management company.
The uManage iPhone app complements the uManage web application, offering comprehensive management of work orders and violations.
Note: This application uses GPS to display the user's current location onscreen. Continuous use of GPS in the background may significantly reduce battery life.
